ASH DATA cables

Introduction:

ASH DATA cables are high-performance twisted pair cables used primarily in Ethernet and other data communication networks. They provide higher data transfer rates and better signal quality.

Applications: ASH DATA cables are used in:

  • Home and office Ethernet networks
  • Data centers
  • High-speed internet connections
  • VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) systems
  • Video streaming and gaming

CAT 6 Cables

  • Speed and Bandwidth: CAT 6 cables support data transfer rates up to 1 Gbps over distances up to 100 meters and up to 10 Gbps over shorter distances (up to 55 meters).
  • Frequency: They operate at frequencies up to 250 MHz.
  • Construction: CAT 6 cables consist of four twisted pairs of copper wires, with improved insulation to reduce crosstalk and electromagnetic interference (EMI).
  • Backward Compatibility: Compatible with earlier Ethernet standards like CAT 5 and CAT 5e.
  • Applications: Suitable for home and office networks, data centers, and high-speed internet connections.

 CAT 6A Cables

  • Speed and Bandwidth: CAT 6a (Augmented Category 6) cables support data transfer rates up to 10 Gbps over the full 100-meter distance.
  • Frequency: They operate at frequencies up to 500 MHz, double that of CAT 6.
  • Enhanced Construction: CAT 6a cables have tighter twists, additional shielding, and thicker insulation to further reduce crosstalk and EMI.
  • Backward Compatibility: Also compatible with earlier standards, including CAT 6, CAT 5e, and CAT 5.
  • Applications: Ideal for high-density networks, data centers, and applications requiring higher bandwidth and better performance over longer distances.

ASH TELEPHONE cables

Introduction:

ASH Telephone cables are specialized cables designed for transmitting voice and data signals in telecommunications systems. These cables are crucial for establishing and maintaining telephone connections, enabling clear and reliable communication. Application:

Applications: Telephone cables are used in:

  • Residential and commercial telephone networks
  • Internal building wiring
  • Data transmission for internet connections
  • Intercom and PBX (private branch exchange) systems

Key features of ASH telephone cables:

  1. Conductor Material: The conductors in telephone cables are typically made of copper or tinned copper, providing good conductivity and durability.
  2. Insulation: Each conductor is insulated with materials such as polyethylene (PE) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) to prevent electrical shorts and protect against environmental factors.
  3. Twisted Pairs: Telephone cables often use twisted pairs of wires to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) and crosstalk between adjacent pairs. Twisting the wires helps maintain signal integrity over long distances.
  4. Shielding: ASH telephone cables are shielded to provide additional protection against EMI, especially in environments with high electrical noise.
  5. Durability: Telephone cables are designed to withstand various environmental conditions, including temperature changes, moisture, and physical stress.
