- ASH FIRE ALARM is recognized by the Underwriters’ Laboratories, Inc, POWER-LIMITED FIRE ALARM CABLE Type FPLR, FPL (60°C – 105°C). The conductor utilizes. 22 AWG or larger, in accordance with ASTM Standard. Insulated and sheathed with high temperature thermoplastic PVC compounds. These cables may also feature a metallic or non-metallic shield for additional protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and external noise.
- The cable is constructed and tested in accordance with the Cables for Power-Limited Fire-Alarm Circuits, UL 1424.
