ASH AWM (Appliance Wiring Materials) Wires are recognized by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., and conform to UL 758 standards.

AWM STYLE 1015: Rated for 600 Vac or 750 Vdc and suitable for operation at temperatures of 80°C, 90°C, or 105°C. These wires feature solid and flexible stranded conductors made from ASTM Class copper with PVC insulation, designed to endure high temperatures, oils, and chemicals.
AWM STYLE 1028: Rated for 600 Vac or 750 Vdc and suitable for operation at +105°C. These wires also feature solid and flexible stranded conductors made from ASTM Class copper with PVC insulation, capable of withstanding high temperatures, oils, and chemicals.
AWM STYLE 11563: Rated for 1000 Vac and suitable for operation at +105°C. Similar to the above, these wires feature solid and flexible stranded conductors made from ASTM Class copper with PVC insulation, designed to handle high temperatures, oils, and chemicals.

Application

ASH AWM wires are used for wiring appliances such as air conditioners, automatic washers, refrigeration equipment, control cabinets, and other building applications. They come in various gauges and configurations to meet different voltage and current requirements.

MTW WIRES

About Product

ASH MTW (Machine Tool Wires) are recognized by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., and conform to UL 1063 standards. Rated for 600 Vac or 750 Vdc, these wires are suitable for operation at 90°C in dry conditions and 60°C in wet conditions. They feature flexible stranded plain or tinned copper wires with PVC insulation, designed to endure both high and low temperatures in dry and wet environments.

Application

MTW wires are used for internal wiring in electrical equipment, control panels, switchboards, and other electrical equipment applications.
They are also employed for grounding applications in industrial plants and are permissible for use as specified in NEC Article 310 and NFPA 79. The voltage rating for all applications is 600 volts.
